Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Successfully placed orders will receive a "order confirmation" email notification with your order details. Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-2 days of arrival into stock.
If you do not receive an "order conformation" email, please check your spam filter or contact us at customersevice@thewhodatstore.com
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thewhodatstore.com We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you have provided. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order to the correct address (at your expense).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@thewhodatstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Delivery Delays
Should your order be delayed for any reason, you will be immediately notified and informed of the delay. At which point, you will receive regular updates until your order has been delivered.
