The Who Dat Store Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, select the "Return" option from your order page and follow the instructions provided. Once completed, you will receive a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on clearance items. Please reach out if you have questions about specific items.


Exchanges: To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, with no justification needed. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
